Women's soccer drops opener to Jumbos (09/08/2007)
WATERVILLE, Maine ---­ After a scoreless opening half, Cara Cadigan (Nahant, Mass.) and Whitney Hardy (Truckee, Calif.) scored goals in the second half to power the Tufts University women’s soccer team to a 2-0 season-opening win over Colby College on Saturday.

LEWISTON, Maine --- The Colby College women's soccer team had to settle for the fifth seed in the New England Small College Athletic Conference Championship after having Saturday's league game at Bates College called off because of the heavy rain and winds that hit Maine.
