Running samples:
1. Place your samples in a sample rack (either the second or third rack from the left of the three-rack holder).

2. From the main menu (F1), select Autosampler and Rack Entry. You should then edit a previous rack that you have used or enter a new rack. To enter a new rack, select Edit, type in the desired name of the new rack, and press return. Select Yes when given the option to create the new rack.
3. Be sure to select the correct number of total sample slots in the rack.
4. Give each sample an ID (a number will work fine) and feel free to type in other data regarding each sample.
5. From the Autosampler menu, now choose Set Up. Select the rack you have just edited. Be sure that the number of total sample slots in that rack is correct.
6. Once the autosampler is set up to your satisfaction, collect measurements on your samples by choose the FUNCTION KEYS pull down from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Select Samples. Run samples from the starting tube number to the ending tube number. Run replicates 1 to 3. Watch as the sample filter tip automatically goes into your first sample. You may leave the instrument during the duration of sample measurements. Come back once in a while to check on the instrument.
