Colby Undergraduate Summer Research Retreat

The Colby Undergraduate Summer Research Retreat (CUSRR) is a two-day event. Day one is a research symposium featuring student talks and poster presentations on a wide variety of topics. The symposium will be held on campus this year. The second day features an all-day white-water rafting trip in The Forks, Maine.

Focused research and other scholarly activities abound on the Colby College campus during the summer months. These endeavors advance the levels of scholarship at Colby and strengthen the engagement between students and faculty. The Colby Undergraduate Summer Research Retreat serves as the capstone event to the summer experience on Mayflower Hill. All students involved in scholarly activity on campus are invited to participate in CUSRR.

We are delighted to announce that the keynote speaker for CUSRR 2021 will be Prof. Sarah Harmon ’12, Assistant Professor of Computer Science at Bowdoin College! CUSRR 2021 will take place on July 29-30, 2021.
