Mark Twain Goes Global: The Original American Abroad – An Evening Lecture by Paula Harrington

Farnham Writers’ Center Director, Fulbright Scholar, and author of Mark Twain and France (with Ronald Jenn) Paula Harrington will discuss why Twain’s writing matters as we seek to understand “globalism” today. She will also introduce the companion exhibit Mark Twain Goes Global, on view in Miller Library. Light refreshments and beverages will be served.
