Two Cent Talks is a Waterville reading series dedicated to promoting the literary arts in Maine.
Colin Cheney is the author of Here Be Monsters, a National Poetry Series selection. His work has appeared in AGNI, American Poetry Review,Gettysburg Review, The Kenyon Review, Ploughshares, and Poetry. He has received a Pushcart Prize and a Ruth Lilly Fellowship. He is creator and co-host of the podcast Poet in Bangkok. He is interim chair of the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies at the Maine College of Art.
Jefferson Navicky is the author of the poetic novel, The Book of Transparencies, and the story collection, The Paper Coast, as well as the chapbooks Uses of a Library and Map of the Second Person. His work has been published in Smokelong Quarterly, Electric Literature, Hobart, Tarpaulin Sky, and Fairy Tale Review. He is the archivist for the Maine Women Writers Collection, and teaches English at Southern Maine Community College.
