The Colby Cancer Consortium is delighted to welcome Dr. Jennifer Trowbridge from The Jackson Laboratory as the inaugural speaker for its semi-annual lecture series. The Consortium is intended to highlight the work at Colby involving cancer research, our partnerships with world-class research institutions such as The Jackson Laboratory, and opportunities for Colby students working towards careers in cancer research, clinical oncology, and entrepreneurship. Dr. Trowbridge will present a lecture entitled, “Discovery of cellular and molecular targets to reduce risk of blood cancers during aging” in Keyes 105 at 3 PM. Preceding this lecture will be a reception with refreshments and student poster presentations in the Grossman Atrium at 2 PM. Please come and learn from a leading cancer researcher!
