
Todd is CEO of Fox Hall Holdings, LLC, an investment holding company with interests in sports teams, sports tech, health and well-being, and tech-enabled consumer product and service companies. Todd is also the Principal Owner and Executive Chairman of the South Carolina Stingrays (affiliated with the Washington Capitals of the NHL).
Todd has had a 30+ year career in M&A and private equity investing, initially at investment bank Goldman Sachs and subsequently at Freeman Spogli & Co., a multi-billion-dollar private equity firm focused on US-based consumer-related growth businesses, where he was a Partner for 23 years. He is currently a Senior Advisor and serves on the board of directors of a number of Freeman Spogli portfolio companies.
Todd also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations including The Charleston Regional Development Alliance and the Greater Charleston Chamber of Commerce. He is a Trustee Emeritus of Colby College (Maine) and serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Halloran Lab for Entrepreneurship at Colby. Todd earned a BA at Colby College and an MBA from Harvard University.
