ITS Support Center services are available to members of the Colby community. Colby-owned computers, smart devices, peripherals, and related software and services are supported. Support for students includes the installation of Microsoft Office, anti-virus software, courseware installation for select classes, connecting to the wireless network, and configuring public printers for use.

The ITS Support Center is located in the Lovejoy Building, Room 146


During the school year, the ITS Support Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

During the summer, the ITS Support Center is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

During Breaks, the Support Center will be open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. when the college is open.
