ADM - Access - Inclusion Intern
Department:   Admissions - Financial Aid Level:   II

The Admissions Access and Inclusion Intern will liaise between the campus community and the admissions office through collaboration with student multicultural groups, campus organizations, and the Pugh Center. The Intern will be tasked with developing andimplementing outreach and yield efforts for diverse populations of prospective students and also be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral. Candidates should have a wide range of academic and student life experiences, be knowledgeable about Colby's initiatives, and understand the value of a diverse, inclusive, and accessible community. The successful candidate should be able to work both collaboratively and independently. The ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality with high integrity at all times is essential. Candidates must be currently enrolled as students throughout the entire duration of employment.
