, Dec. 31, 2010, in Valley Stream, N.Y., at 74. He earned two law degrees—LL.B. and J.D.—from St. John’s University and then was a judge advocate and an attorney in New York. He was active with the Lions Club, Knights of Columbus, and the Catholic Lawyer’s Guild. Survivors include his children, Frank and Suzanne, and a sister.
