Recent Supreme Court rulings will reduce campaign finance transparency by making 2012 the first presidential election in which individuals, groups, and corporations are allowed to anonymously donate unlimited amounts to so-called Super PACs, says Anthony Corrado (government). “We will have more undisclosed money used in the presidential election than we have seen since the elections prior to Watergate,” he said.
