Associate Professor of Philosophy Lydia Moland was awarded a ​Research Stay for University Academics and Scientists by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD, or Deutsche Akademischer Austausch Dienst) to conduct research on her next book, The Prosaic Divine: Humor in the German Age of Aesthetics, in Berlin this summer.

DAAD is an organization of higher education institutions that provides funding for international research and study to highly qualified faculty and students.
