An article coauthored by Loren McClenachan, the Elizabeth and Lee Ainslie Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies, appears in the June 2 issue of Science. Titled “Committing to socially responsible seafood,” the authors “propose a framework for social responsibility and identify key steps the scientific community must take to inform policy and practice” for the global challenge of “placing social issues at the forefront of a sector that has spent decades working to improve environmental sustainability.”
