Sports photographer Walter Iooss, whose work is on exhibit at the Colby College Museum of Art, was interviewed June 8 by Rob Caldwell for “207.” Iooss began shooting for Sports Illustrated at 17, and he “got his first cover for that magazine at 19,” Caldwell said. “He has covered every major sporting event and personality of his time, from Johnny Unitas to Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali to Jack Nicklaus, Martina Navratilova to Sandy Koufax.
