Event Request Form
Submitting the form will request a room/space through the Office of Campus Events. Please ensure there isn’t a conflict with similar events by reviewing the currently scheduled events prior to submitting your event. Once your room/space has been booked, your event will appear on the public event calendar unless it is marked as a private event. Please check here for potential conflicts for your event or if you’d like to see setup types typically used on campus.
