At Colby College, our Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) work closely with staff, supervisors, and departments to support their success and strengthen the overall workplace experience. Each HRBP is aligned with specific divisions and brings an understanding of the College’s structure, goals, and values.
HRBPs provide support in several key areas, including employee relations, performance and development, workforce planning, classification and compensation, and team effectiveness. We partner with managers to help address challenges, clarify roles, and make thoughtful, consistent decisions that support both individual growth and institutional needs.
