Contractor Safety

All contractors and vendors working at Colby are expected to comply with the conditions in Colby’s Contractor Safety Handbook.  Each contractor/vendor must review the handbook and provide a signed copy of the Contractor Safety Handbook Receipt Acknowledgement form to the project manager or Colby employee responsible for their hiring.

All Colby employees responsible for overseeing the contractors or vendors on Colby controlled property must also be familiar with the handbook and brief each contractor on the requirements utilizing the Project Manager Contractor Safety Checklist.

Contractors or Colby employees that have any questions or the Handbook or implementing the requirements can reach out directly to the Environmental Health and Safety Director.
