FAQ

Packages are held for 2 weeks. Any packages not picked up after two weeks will be returned to the sender.

USPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, and UPS can be sent out from the mail service center (located on the lower level of the bookstore). *We can not accept QR Codes*

Yes, a friend may pick up your package. The student picking up must bring a valid ID.

Some packages from USPS can be forwarded, but all other carriers cannot.

FedEx Express, UPS Overnight, and USPS Priority boxes and envelopes are located in the Mail Service Center.

We accept cash, check, or Colby Card.
There is an ATM located on the main floor of Cotter Union.

Yes, you can ship a package using USPS but you will have to do a customs declaration before we can ship the package. FedEx also ships internationally but you will have to help us prepare your customs form on our ship management system.

We ask that students not send packages until August 17th.
