Addressing Envelopes & Packages

Students can find their Colby address on Workday by clicking on Profile then Contact. The address found under Institutional Contact Information is the address that should be used on all letter mail and packages to Colby. To be deliverable, an address label must contain both the student’s name and their unique address. The general address for the college “4000 Mayflower Hill Drive” should never be used.

Package Pickup

When a package arrives for a student, an auto-generated email will be sent to the student’s Colby email address with information about the package and the location where it can be picked up. Students must have a Colby Card or valid photo id with them when picking up packages. Please refrain from using Walmart delivery.

Letter Mail

When a letter arrives for a student, an auto-generated email will be sent to the student’s Colby email address with the location of where it can be picked up. Students must have a Colby Card or valid photo id with them when picking up letter mail.
