Statement of Principles on Freedom of Inquiry and Expression
Colby faculty, students, and the Board of Trustees endorsed this statement of principles developed by the Presidential Task Force on Freedom of Expression and Inquiry.
Economic Impact Report (October 15, 2019)
Colby has always been an economic driver in the region, and this report indicates that its impact has increased on several measures, from direct contributions to Waterville to the impacts of capital investments and increases in wages and operational spending.
Since 2014, the College’s operations, investments, and visitor and student spending supported nearly $1.5 billion in economic output across Maine, of which the majority — $1.1 billion — occurred in the Greater Waterville region

Presidential Task Force on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity

The Task Force on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity shaped the vision of Colby in the next decade and beyond, a vision of a learning community in which diversity, inclusion, and equity are woven into the work and lives of all its citizens, asking that all its members be open to change.
