Boys Basketball Camps

For over 45 years, Colby College in partnership with Colby’s basketball coaches has offered the Pine Tree Basketball Camp series. Now directed by Colby’s head men’s basketball coach, Damien Strahorn, this camp offers an intensive basketball program focused on the teaching of fundamentals: shooting, passing, ball handling, post play, teamwork, individual defense, and team defensive concepts. All campers will receive individual and team-based instruction to help them prepare for their upcoming seasons. Our goal is for all campers to improve through hard work and practice while having a positive and fun camp experience.  This camp is designed for students in grades 6 – 12 (middle and high school) regardless of their skill level.
