THE MOTHER premieres in Portland

THE MOTHER, a new play by former Department of Theater and Dance chair Lynne Conner, premiered in Portland Friday, March 6 and runs through Sunday, March 15. Christine Nilles designed costumes and Jim Thurston designed scenery.

THE MOTHER offers “a thought-provoking and heartbreaking exploration of what happens to a family in the wake of a school shooting perpetrated by their son” (DRC website).
