Arterberry Receives Grant to Support Students’ Conference Travel
Martha Arterberry secured funds from the National Science Foundation and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development to support undergraduate travel to the International Conference for Infant Studies. The initiative, co-directed with Sam Putnam of Bowdoin College, is focused on supporting interest in development science in students who are underrepresented in the field. The grant totals $45,000 for three conferences in 2016, 2018, and 2020.
