Camp Colby provides a safe environment for children ages 4-13 to play and explore while their parents/guardians enjoy time with classmates and friends during Reunion. The programming is offered on Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday evening. All activities will be on campus and parents are allowed to drop off, pickup, or drop in at any point during the hours of childcare. Camp Colby will be in headquartered in Runnals.
All programs are run by Colby students, with oversight from one certified care provider. Please note: Pre-registration is required. The deadline is Thursday, May 31.
Icebreakers and get-to-know you games
*Children will have eaten dinner with parents and/or guardians prior to drop off*
Two separate movies will be viewed, one for a younger audience and one for the older kids.
Making banners and decorating signs to be used in the Parade of Classes.
Registration continues. *Please have your child eat breakfast prior to drop off.*
Bagels, munchkins, milk, and juice.
Parents can pick up their children for this portion, or have them walk with them, or stay with Camp Colby and watch the parade as a group.
Outside Big Tent on the Colby Green. Rain Location: Runnals.
Two sessions: children can stay at the same or switch halfway through.
Field Games (Freeze tag, spud, whiffle ball, etc.)
Fruit and granola bars.
The Colby Mule will make an appearance.
Art supplies, board games, and other alternatives will be provided for those who do not wish to watch the movie.
Children will have choice. Popcorn, snacks, and music will be provided.
