Duties:
Buddies will oversee the support of their buddie cohort through 1-1 and group sessions; and provide weekly support to their cohort. Other responsibilities will include: Off-Campus Trips and co-curricular programming. Buddies are truly the glue of the program, in collaboration with the Director and Fellows, which best support the successful transition for first year students. In addition, buddies will work collaboratively with other campus partners to support each other's programs, share ideas, and build community amongst one another.
