Duties:
Student independently monitors the work order process in the TMA Computer Program. Responsible for generating, completing, researching and filing work order documents. Processes hot and cold work orders and identifies problem areas to supervisors. Completes special projects as assigned by the Director. Resolves Dorm Damage inquiries take project photos and prepare spreadsheets, booklets, and other documentation. Responsible for monthly inventory of Lounge Furniture including preparation of reports to Dean of Students Office for billing purposes. Provides support for other clerical staff including answering the phone, making copies, filing and greeting visitors.   |
Qualifications:
Must be reliable and responsible. Ability to work independently without specific direction on routine work as well as assigned special projects. Must present a professional appearance and communicate well with other campus departments and visitors. Must have excellent computer skills and organizational abilities.   |
