This Thursday, April 23, marks the beginning of Colby’s “Photography and Migration Conference“. The conference has many events that address the college-wide arts and humanities theme of “Migrations” for this academic year. It includes formal presentation and discussions, a film screening, and exhibitions of historical photographs and artworks.It will run through Saturday, April 25.

Colby College’s Digital and Special Collections is proud to be a part of a Photography and Migrations event that will be help on Friday, April 24th, from 1:00-2:00pm in the Robinson Room, Special Collections, Miller library. The event includes a discussion led by Professor Tanya Sheehan’s AR498: Photography and Migration class of their student-curated exhibits of historical photographs from Special Collections.
