Accommodations for registrants are available in the campus residence halls in private rooms.
Rooms are assigned on a first come first serve basis according to the date we receive a housing application; therefore, early registration is suggested. If you have any accessibility needs, please advise us on your registration or give us a call.
For attendees staying on campus, the lodging fee includes three daily meals, use of campus amenities, and a Down East Lobster Bake at the end of the course. If you plan to live off-campus, you can attend the lobster bake for a fee by registering separately.
The rate for a single room is $1,000 or $900 for a double (shared with another course attendee). Rooms are also available for $99 per night or at a weekly rate of $500 for six nights.
Wireless Internet is available throughout campus and in downtown Waterville.
Maid service, pillows, linen, blankets, and towels are provided.
Participants will be billed a fee of $50 for lost room keys.
