Ed received a B.S in Chemistry from the University of New England and an M.S in Organic Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire. His primary role is teaching laboratories for Organic Chemistry. Prior to coming to Colby, he worked in industry for over twenty years in the area of thermoset and polyester resin development and characterization. He was most recently employed by Fairchild Semiconductor as an analytical chemist.
