Jeremiah Roper

As an HR Business Partner at Colby College, Jeremiah serves as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, offering dependable support across a range of workplace concerns; specifically, Jeremiah supports College staff in matters of Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruitment & Hiring, and collaborates with teams across campus to support retention and policy driven workplace practices. Known for being approachable and accessible, Jeremiah works to ensure that individuals feel heard and supported, fostering a responsive and inclusive HR presence on Campus. 

Jeremiah has over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, and currently sits on the Northern New England CUPA-HR Board of Directors. He has experience in conducting workplace investigations, resolving employee relations issues, supporting and improving employee retention, as well as ADA Accommodations and FMLA.
