At Colby, our commitment to wellness is paramount in everything we do. This couldn’t be more evident than in our dining and catering services. All food services are managed through Bon Appétit, which has been a pioneer in sustainable food practices. Bon Appétit manages an organic farm on campus, and most menu items are harvested from the garden or created from locally sourced foods. In addition, all of our meals are prepared from scratch in our kitchens to ensure your meals are fresh and delicious.

Dining Halls

We operate two dining halls during the summer months. Both Dana and Roberts offer a wide selection of menu items at various food stations and feature all-you-can-eat meal plans. The menus are creative and inspiring and feature both vegetarian and vegan options in the food stations, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Recognizing that everyone has unique tastes and dietary restrictions, Bon Appétit is able to customize many menu items to accommodate our guests.

Our experienced catering staff will work with you to customize a menu that suits your tastes and your budget. Whether you are planning a small breakfast meeting for five or a gala dinner for 500, our executive chefs will create a distinctive menu that is delicious, unique, and memorable. Café and Pub

During the summer months, guests are welcome to visit the Joseph Family Spa and the Marchese Blue Light Pub, both located in Cotter Union. The Spa is our campus café that features a variety of breakfast and lunch menu options and is open 7 a.m.–2 p.m. during the summer. The Pub is open various evenings to accommodate large groups on campus.
