Faculty, staff and students can click above to change your Colby account password.
Set a permanent e-mail forward to your firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail account, of the form “Firstname.Lastname@colby.edu”, to make your e-mail look more professional. You will still need to use your username (login) for authentication purposes, such as password protected webpages. If you select to have your e-mail address displayed in the directory you must select an alternate e-mail address.
Have your e-mail automatically reply for you while you are traveling.
The redirect makes sure no e-mail is delivered to your closed account and people are notified of your new e-mail address (if desired) as well as the appropriate Colby contact.

Preferred E-mail Clients
The suggested e-mail client for students is webmail. If you want to use a standalone e-mail client on your own computer, then the suggested client is Outlook 2013 for Windows or Apple Mail for Macs. See the support desk for setup of computer-based e-mail clients.
