Direct Travel
About
Direct Travel is Colby’s only approved direct-bill travel agent. All travel arrangements for College business should be made through Direct Travel or the online reservation system Concur (concur.com). Please contact Purchasing at x4125 or [email protected], for a Concur Travel login. Business purpose and Colby cost center account number are required when booking travel.
Most tickets purchased through Direct Travel and Concur are refundable, transferable, and normally business class flights instead of coach. This can lead to higher prices than sites such as Expedia or Orbitz (etc.) but not always. If you see a flight that is lower than an option provided by Direct Travel, please contact them and see if they can get that flight for a similar price. Direct Travel also provides customer service when a flight needs to be modified or rescheduled.
