Information Needed When Booking Travel
Business purpose of travel: Description of the business purpose (i.e.: conference, candidate for “position,” guest lecturer, etc.)
Account number: the new Workday driving worktags (i.e.: cost center “CC1XXXX”; Gift; Grant; Project; or Activity) as many as needed to properly assign the travel in Workday

Amtrak Downeaster operates four daily round-trip routes between Brunswick, Maine, and Boston. Riders can board the train in Brunswick or at the Portland Transportation Center. The Colby Jitney is a free shuttle service available to students. It takes students from Colby to Waterville locations that the Colby Shuttle does not provide service to, on a first come, first serve basis.
